Last updated: September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Letters, LLC, doing business as Kingdom Letters, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit kingdomlettersmail.com, purchase or manage a subscription, use The Postscript app or customer account, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

⦁    Contact and account information, such as name, email, phone number, passwordless sign-in data, and shipping and billing addresses.
⦁    Order and subscription information, including products, renewal schedule, status, cancellations, skips, replacements, and support history.
⦁    Payment and transaction information. Shopify and payment providers process full payment credentials; we generally receive limited details such as payment status, method type, and partial account identifiers.
⦁    Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring source, cookies, and interaction data.
⦁    Marketing preferences and responses to communications.
⦁    Content you submit through The Postscript or other community features, which may include prayer requests, testimonials, reflections, photographs, or information concerning religious beliefs, health, family, or personal circumstances.

2. How we use information

⦁    to process orders, recurring payments, fulfillment, replacements, refunds, and subscription changes;
⦁    to provide customer accounts, The Postscript, support, security, fraud prevention, and payment-dispute handling;
⦁    to communicate service notices and, with any consent required by law, marketing messages;
⦁    to personalize and improve products, content, accessibility, performance, and customer experience;
⦁    to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims; and
⦁    to create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify you.

3. Prayer requests, testimonials, and community submissions

Do not submit information you do not want us to receive. Before posting or submitting content, review any visibility setting or notice. A prayer request or community post may be visible to other users if the feature is described as shared or public. A private submission will be used only for the stated purpose, service administration, safety, and legal compliance. Testimonials, names, images, or stories will not be used in public marketing without permission appropriate to the context. You may request removal, but copies may remain in backups, records required by law, or content already lawfully shared by others.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; hosting, analytics, email, security, fraud-prevention, printing, fulfillment, and mailing providers; professional advisers; and government or legal authorities when required or reasonably necessary. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information for money. If our advertising practices ever constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable law, we will provide the required notice and choice mechanism.

5. Cookies and analytics

We and Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember choices, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand engagement. Available controls may include browser settings, Shopify privacy tools, and the choices presented on our site. Blocking essential technologies may prevent parts of the service from working.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account service, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information, manage marketing preferences, or request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law by contacting support@kingdomlettersmail.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority where required.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us.

9. International use and changes

Our business is based in the United States. If you access the service elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States. We may update this policy and will post the revised date. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice when appropriate.
