Cancellation policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This policy applies to subscriptions and any future pre-order or try-before-you-buy purchase option offered by Kingdom Letters, operated by Kingdom Letters, LLC (“Kingdom Letters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The terms presented on the product page and at checkout are part of this policy.
1. Monthly subscription
A Kingdom Letters subscription provides recurring monthly deliveries at the price displayed at checkout, plus access to any included digital subscriber features. Your card is charged when you subscribe. That date becomes your monthly billing date, and your subscription renews on the same numerical calendar date each following month until canceled. If a month does not contain that date, Shopify may process the renewal on the last available day of that month or according to its payment-processing schedule. Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify or its payment partners.
Each successful payment corresponds to the Kingdom Letter for the calendar month in which that payment is processed. For example, a subscription started in September includes September’s letter, and the October renewal includes October’s letter. Please allow 5–7 business days after each successful payment for processing, in addition to USPS mailing time.
The current monthly package is expected to include a two- to three-page devotional letter, a 5 × 7 reflection card, and access to The Postscript app. We may make reasonable editorial, design, packaging, or feature changes while preserving the overall nature of the subscription.
2. How to manage or cancel
You may skip, pause, resume, or cancel through your customer account at account.kingdomlettersmail.com by selecting Subscriptions. You may also contact support@kingdomlettersmail.com. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge is processed. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already processed or stop a monthly letter already prepared or mailed.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment unless a specific prepaid plan clearly says otherwise. Keep the confirmation shown in your account or sent by email.
3. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment up to three times, generally seven days apart, and send notices using the contact information associated with your account. If all attempts fail, the subscription may be canceled. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
4. Address changes
Update your shipping address before the monthly letter is processed. An address change does not reroute mail that has already entered fulfillment or USPS custody. Contact us promptly if you need help.
5. Pre-orders and try-before-you-buy
Kingdom Letters does not currently offer these purchase types. If we add them, the product page and checkout will disclose the payment timing, fulfillment estimate, trial period, cancellation deadline, and any nonrefundable deposit before you agree to purchase. Those specific disclosures will control if they conflict with this general section.
