Shipping policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Kingdom Letters currently ships subscription mail only to addresses in the United States. Shipping for the standard monthly subscription is included in the price shown at checkout.
1. Monthly schedule
Your first payment is collected on the day you subscribe. That date becomes your monthly billing date, and future payments are processed on the same numerical calendar date each following month. Each successful payment includes the Kingdom Letter for the calendar month in which the payment is processed. Please allow 5–7 business days after payment for us to prepare the letter, in addition to USPS mailing time. If a month does not contain your usual billing date, Shopify may process the renewal on the last available day of that month or according to its payment-processing schedule.
2. Carrier, tracking, and estimates
Monthly letters are normally sent through the United States Postal Service as letter mail and may not include tracking. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, address problems, and regional delays may affect arrival. Kingdom Letters is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will apply the resend process below.
3. Address responsibility
Customers must provide a complete, deliverable address and keep it current in their account. Address changes apply only to mailings not yet processed. We are not responsible for mail sent to the address on file before an update, though we may offer a paid replacement when available.
4. Missing or damaged mail
Wait at least 14 calendar days after the letter is marked mailed or fulfilled, then contact support@kingdomlettersmail.com within 30 days of mailing. Include your name, order or subscription email, mailing address, and a description or photograph if the contents arrived materially damaged or incomplete. After verification, we ordinarily provide one free replacement for an eligible delivery. Replacement timing depends on available stock and USPS delivery.
5. Returned or undeliverable mail
If mail is returned as undeliverable, we may contact you for a corrected address. Reshipping caused by an incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or outdated customer-supplied address may require a reasonable replacement or postage fee. We may pause a subscription if repeated deliveries are returned.
